Series 3 Owners Club have one aim: to offer you the goods, prices and service you want. We are a small enough company to be able to monitor every order from the moment we receive it to the moment in reaches you, but we are also large enough to negotiate the best prices around and pass them onto our customers. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalogue and add items to your cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. When we sell out of a product we will either remove it from the website or mark it on the website as "awaiting stock". Alternatively, if we allow the purchase of a product but have marked it "Stock Arriving -Date-" then you may include that item in your order but your WHOLE ORDER will only ship when all goods are in stock.
If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will backorder for you. We will endeavour to email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We accept all major credit cards.
We trade in sterling (GBP). Any figures shown on the website in other currencies are for guidance only. Check with your card issuer for their rates and fees for international transactions.
We can also accept orders received by post.
You may only place orders and make communications with us in English, and all contracts concluded between us will be in English.
Shipping And Handling
The website displays shipping options appropriate to the weight of your order and the region in which you say you live.
We use various couriers in order to get the best combination of service and value for money for our customers.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 4 business days .
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from within the European Union, 17.5% UK VAT is added. The only exception to this is the Channel Islands, where no VAT is charged. Our UK VAT registration number is 738 8270 00 Any other taxes or import duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
