Fenlands Area - Greenlanes days for 2010

 

Yorkshire Central Members Offroad Event

Sunday 13th June 2010

(on the B6265) between white house lane & Sawley Moor Lane. N. 54.09815 W.1.67732) 15 miles from Harrogate centre.

 

Signing on & vehicle scrutineering will start from about 9:30. Toilet on site. There is a bit of terrain to suite all vehicles, if you want to drive on wet grass or deep water & mud. all members are welcome. There will be some challenges set for competitors during the event. Event Classification The cost of the event will be £20 per vehicle (£15 entrance to site + Insurance @£5) extra driver + £5. We are also attending Ripon Classic car show on Sunday 25th July 2010. The cost of entry is £3 per vehicle.

July 25th

Melton Mobray - Moscow Lane. Meet at layby opposite Sacrawell Farm on A47 just before A1 at 09:00.

 

August 15th

Thetford - Pub Lunch. Meet at layby on A1065 just after A11 (Mildenhall) at 09:30.

 

September 5th

Norfolk. Meet at Shell garage on A47 Guyhirn at 08:30.

 

May 16th

The Old Sodbury Sortout was staged at Beaulieu Motor Museum in conjuction with the Beaulieu Autojumble.  The Hampshire stand was well attended by both members and interested Land Rover owners. Although much smaller than the previous events at Newbury it is still well liked. We saw quite a few visitors from Europe. All in all we had a good day and hope to be here next year.

Please note that the Staffordshire area clubnight venue has been changed. They are now meeting at The Hen House, Eskrett street, Hednesford. The meetings are still on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
