What? Beyond the immobilisers and alarm?
An additional steering lock?

No more chequer plate in my opinion. Roof rack is handy on a 90 though. Wink

ooo a black land rover 90 experdition roof rack would look so good on that

but chuggers is right anti theft first, i spent 3000+ on my landy over the years only to wake up one morning to find it gone and never to be seen again

get a tracker on it, there not that expensive these days, been new it should have a alarm fitted and immobaliser i guess

if its the factory alarm and immobiliser they can get round it in mins, trackers a good option and a pedal lock, at least if they four wheel lift it the tracker will warn you.
had 4 or 5 4 wheel lifted from gated driveways and gardens round here, pull up with a hiab and flat bed swing it out straps on, landy gone in less than 5 mins and it doesnt matter how good your locks or immobiliser are they dont even open the doors. unbolting the props and pushing onto a trailer is another one thats been used, again dont even need to open the doors.

Not sure if I should post this....so if someone from 'The Management' feels the need to remove it - so be it.

Been having same issue with motorbikes for ages.
Fitting Thatcham alarms and immobilisers jsut does not work.
If they want it - they will get it.
Alarms are being knocked out of circuit by the scroats using a tazer on the bike. Fries everthing electrical and then its up and into the Transit.
If it works on a bike, then it will work on a Land Rover.

Suggest a tracker, visable pedal locks and a ground anchor seriously concreted into the ground. If using an anchor, the chain must be kept off the ground otherwise its a simple sledgehammer job.
Garage and alarm connected to a cctv is a good option as is a pir connected to a sounder in the house. If sounder goes off....someone in your garage. Don't leave the keys lying around inside your house neither, as they have been known to break in and help themselves using the keys. Lock all keys in a key safe - always. Oh and get a huge dog!

Good luck with it all.
