And then of course where did Wallace and Gromit build their spaceship?

(And I'm sure I remember years ago reading in a Land Rover mag of a chap who kept a V8 engine block in the kitchen disguised as a wine bottle rack)

Reminds me of a story some years ago about a LR employee who was apparently taking parts of range rovers from the production line and building his own at home! Surprised

Thanks for that one Alan - just sent a YouTube link to that to daughter 3 - she's a Johnny Cash fan too (and currently learning to drive)

Got a list of parts to get at Newbury, although Mrs K has kept reminding me that it’s going to rain all day on Sunday and I shouldn’t go...🙄😂

It's been among my store of spares for over 4 years, but just fitted a new windscreen washer pump in my limestone Stage 1 this afternoon - it's 4th, and 3rd replacement in the 6 odd years I've had it - this one's a Lucas and am hoping it lasts, as am getting rather sick of replacing them - we'll see - first two stopped pumping and the last one started leaking.

I seem to have a washer pump with a mind of its own. Sometimes it decided to just pump water cos its bored with being sat doing nothing. The ignition doesn't even have to be on. I have tried a new relay to no avail. I have followed all the wiring and found no splits, dead ends or false earths. Getting to the point where I need to get a 'spert in to have a look I think Sad
