We could have Northern and Southern hemisphere chats.

It looks like we’ll need an international discussion section... But what do we do post-brexit??? That’s another discussion!

I'll ask my daughter and son-in-law - they spend their time working between Brussels and Strasbourg (ooo, guess who they work for!). Wink

I've a daughter and son-in-law working in Cambodia (is that southern enough to qualify for this thread?) which, much like everywhere else, is pretty much in the pockets of the Chinese these days. Sometimes seems like the entire younger generation are just working for the enemy nowadays. Glad I'm retired.

Will my continental quilt still work after Brexit?

No. You will have to hand it in. They will all be burnt. If there aren't enough English quilts available immediately, you will be expected to knit your own (from English wool) Does that answer your question? Problem with that? As a special dispensation, in cases of especial hardship, you may be allowed one of those nice New England quilts, but they are expensive [Answer provided by the RAF AB (Rexit & Fuxit Advisory Board)]

We'll have to develop our own cunning alternative!

The English quilted warmer, with a scale of warmth that is divisible by 12 (none of this metric nonsense!), or maybe 13!
