I would suggest the villages of Beaulieu and Buckler's Hard as suitable start/finish points.

Cheers
Geoff

Stonehenge to Beaulieu, 37 miles according to google maps. But add in some back roads, perhaps 45-50 miles. Could be a plan. Smile

It might need a slightly early start to avoid the tourists (9am?) or start somewhere nearby such as Amesbury. There’s some good back roads that would avoid the A36 unless we go through Salisbury to take in the cathedral. Smile

Solstice Park Services at Amesbury just off the A303 would be a good starting point. It's best to avoid Salisbury altogether in the tourist season. From experience it's not one of the easiest places to circumnavigate.

It was due to take place this summer but the current virus restrictions have put it on hold. Frank will confirm but I believe it’s been postponed until next year.

I intend to join it. If I’ve got a space, you’re more than welcome to join me. Smile (I know Mrs K won’t partake so likely there is a spare seat!)

Yes like everything else it been postponed until next year, but the club will be holding the run in 2021, and i am also looking for other areas we could have a Land Rover run.
I just need local help to sort things out, ideally the finish needs to be a venue that would appreciate us turning up
So to have a lot of vehicles turn up would be different for them, OK I know what I mean
