I hate to burst anyone's bubble, but your County stripes are upside down.

https://www.google.com/search?q=land+rover+series+3+county&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwjxiJD0-7jnAhUygHMKHY96C0sQ2-cCegQIABAA&oq=land+rover+series+3+county&gs_l=img.12..0l2j0i24l2.103700.106569..109441...0.0..0.82.680.9......0....1..gws-wiz-img.......0i7i30j0i8i7i30.ZWr6kzyH0z4&ei=J_M5XrHZOLKAzgOP9a3YBA&bih=635&biw=1366

County Station Wagons left the factory with opening rear side windows and alpine lights. Your hard top and roof may have been changed, but to me it looks like a 'fake' County - just added go-faster stripes.

If they're the later opening windows as fitted to the 90 you have, I personally don't like the way they look as much, but they probably keep the weather out better.

Sorry, I have no clue how the DVLA described different models over the years - I wonder if they had?!

I don't think you have a Freelander or Discovery, unless it's been very heavily modified! Smile
